As specialists in medical grade polymers, we have created a proprietary production process for the development and manufacture of premium quality bioresorbable materials. These materials include multiple formulations for suture products, including PGA, PGLA, and PGCL, with the highest strength profiles in the wound closure market, while maintaining optimal resorption properties. Our 3000 square foot production facility in the UK is ISO 9001:2015 certified and can produce up to 10 tonnes of medical polymers annually. Our suture materials have been qualified at the largest supplier of suture spinning and braiding equipment in the world, FET.
